Malaysia – Back to normal

Pos Malaysia, asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that the IT service has gradually been restored for each mail class and type of EDI message. This process commenced on 28 October 2019, and all EDI messages were being transmitted fully by the end of November, with the exception of ITMATT messages, which are still suffering backlogs and intermittent problems.

Pos Malaysia apologizes for the inconvenience caused and thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding.
