Samoa – Update on the suspension of inbound and outbound mail

07 April, 2020

The designated operator of Samoa, Samoa Post, asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that, owing to the continued impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Government of Samoa has extended the state of emergency until 2 May 2020. Samoa Post has therefore suspended all postal services, including all inbound and outbound mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items), until further notice.

Samoa Post wish to thanks all member countries and their designated operators for their continued support and understanding during this difficult period.
