Customer Onboarding Manager

Asendia Singapore is creating this Customer Onboarding Manager role to better support its development in the e-commerce segment and more importantly to improve the overall customer experience from initial touchpoint to daily business. This role will drive the standardization of onboarding processes across functions (IT, Finance, CS, Operations, etc.) within Asendia together with external partners.

Your Tasks

You support the Sales / BDM team in the onboarding of new customers liaising with other departments such as IT / Operations & Finance

You define the onboarding processes from the 1st touchpoint to the business as usual (inclu¬ding the “nursing phase”)

You improve the overall customer experience with ASSG from onboarding process to reporting

Additionally you manage a portfolio of small / medium sized customers making sure that they deliver full reve¬nue potential with upselling opportunities

To improve the customer reporting function within the organization (with focus on service level) working closely with the BDM and CS

Your Profile

Yellow Arrow

1-3 years of experience in Customer onboarding / Customer experience functions in the e-commerce / logistics / transportation sectors

Yellow Arrow

Project management skills are required as you work across all departments and external partners

Yellow Arrow

You have knowledge in the e-commerce sector, in marketplaces / platform integrations as Shopify, Magento, etc.

Yellow Arrow

You are a motivated, persistent and flexible per¬son with the capacity to listen and understand cus¬tomer’s requirements

Your strong communication skills ensure the ca¬pability of working with people of various nationali¬ties, on varying levels of hierarchy

You have a degree (Bachelors/Masters) in Busi¬ness, Engineering, Finance, Economics or in another highly analytical field
