You will work with stakeholders to manage change requests and communicate business requirements to IT with expert support. |
You will also define, analyse and organise requirements to support key business initiatives and design and implement a dashboard and new KPI system. |
You will support users and contribute to the UAT of the tool. |
You will be responsible for planning and monitoring the status of change requests through to release. |
You will also coordinate the internal committee and take care of e.g. organisation, agenda, minutes and communication with stakeholders. |
Regular participation in international business meetings will expand your tasks. |

You are a motivated person with strong analytical and solution-oriented skills. |
You have a sound supply chain management education (Master 2) and first experience in a similar environment. |
Experience in working on projects or in international teams with multiple stakeholders is part of your profile. |
You have experience in document management and process description. |
You are fluent in English & French. Any other language is an advantage. |
You have excellent PowerBI, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. |
