Terms and Conditions are as follows:

The promotion will run as follows:

• The promotion will take place from March 1, 2021 until December 31, 2021.
  
  
• Asendia Subsidiaries participating in the Promotion are:
  • Asendia UK Ltd
  • Asendia USA Inc
    
    
• The promotion is open to two (2) existing customers of each Asendia Subsidiary. The customers must be corporate customers.

An existing customer is a customer,

• which has been trading with one of the Asendia Subsidiaries in
• which is acting in e-commerce and selling Fashion & Apparel and/or Health & Beauty

• Products concerned:
  • e-PAQ
  • Mail
  • Press
  • Fulfilment
    
    
• A total of $2,000 will be attributed per Asendia Subsidiary as follows:

A discount of $500 will be attributed to an existing customer ordering at least $2,000 of new products or ordering same products but at least $2,000 on new destinations ( the “Services”). With a maximum of $1,000 per existing customer.

The Services purchased must take place during the promotion period.

The discount will be applied on each invoice.

• The discount will be attributed to the 2 first customers of each Asendia Subsidiary corresponding to the above criteria. The validation will be done by employees of Asendia Group Head Office.

The first 2 customers who have applied to participate in this promotional event will be selected, providing that they meet all the criteria. In the event of more than one application on the same day, the date and time indicated on the email sent to the Head Office employee will be used to decide between the participants.

If a customer purchases services on the assumption that he was entitled to receive the discount, but has his participation rejected, he can cancel or reduce his order.

Once the 2nd customer has been elected, the Promotion will end.

In case of dispute, the CEO of the Asendia Group will have the final word.

• The discount is applicable against freight charges only and cannot be redeemed against any duties & taxes and any extra surcharges applied to the invoice, and any taxes applicable to the customer shall be the responsibility of the customer.
  
  
• We reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Also, if this promotion can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of this promotion, we reserve the right to disqualify any person involved and to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion. We will notify entrants of any changes to the promotion as soon as possible where this is the case.
  
• If someone or something tampers with this promotion in some way whether by fraud, technical failures, system errors or other issues, including any such failure which is within the control of Asendia, Asendia will not be responsible for the promotion, discount offering or for the non-inclusion of entries.
  
• Unfortunately, if you suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with this promotion or the discount itself (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) Asendia won’t be liable for this.
  
  
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason and cheating will not be accepted.

• Any personal data collected during the customer’s entry will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and our privacy policy found here https://www.asendiausa.com/privacy-notice and will not be disclosed to a third party without the customer’s prior consent.

• This promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of the country of registration of the Asendia Subsidiary that is participating. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Asendia Subsidiary’s place of registration.

• Entry into this promotion will be deemed as you having read and accepted these terms and conditions.
