Expedited solutions include Flat Mail, Bound Printed Matter ("BPM"), Media Mail, and Parcels.
Presorted solutions are also available at discounted postage rates for First Class and Standard Mail.

The sorting and address validation provided by our presort services results in faster delivery of your mail and significant discounts off of USPS postage. Our First Class Presort services include Automated Domestic First Class Flats and Automated Domestic First Class Letters.

We can commingle your mail to help you realize significant postage discounts, and speed the delivery process by preparing your mail via USPS standards. Our Standard Presort services include Automated Domestic Standard Flats and Automated Domestic Standard Letters.
Designed for mail that is larger than a letter but smaller than a 1-pound package. Once processed, we transport your mail deep within the USPS' delivery network, allowing them to quickly make the final delivery. Examples: advertisements, booklets, brochures, catalogs, information kits, guidebooks, membership materials, pricing sheets, questionnaires, reports, schedules, and welcome packets. Average transit time: USPS First Class plus 1 day.
Items qualifying for Media Mail service must weigh between one and 70 pounds and may be no larger than 108 inches, length and girth combined. Examples: books, film, printed music, videos, DVDs, CDs, play scripts, printed educational charts, loose-leaf pages / binders (medical info), and computer-readable media.
With Asendia USA’s US Inbound solutions, companies mailing to US residents from outside of the United States can access our postage discounts.

Service for Presorted First Class Mail including postcards, letters and large envelopes, personal correspondence, handwritten or typewritten letters, and bills or statements of account. It may also be used for advertisements and lightweight merchandise. All files will be CASS Certified, and pieces will be labeled and presorted to USPS standards and then deposited directly into the U.S. mail stream. Average transit time: 1 to 7 days from deposit into the United States Postal System.
Service for Presorted Standard Mail including printed matter, flyers, circulars, advertising, newsletters, bulletins, catalogs, and small packages. This service cannot be used for sending personal correspondence, handwritten or typewritten letters, or bills and statements of account. All files will be CASS Certified, and pieces will be labeled and presorted to USPS standards and then deposited directly into the U.S. mail stream. Average transit time: 5 to 10 days from deposit into the United States Postal System.
Takes your package as close as possible to your customer before giving it to the USPS for business or residential delivery. By skipping postal processing centers, we reduce transit time, minimize handling, and maximize postal discounts. Throughout the delivery process, we utilize our technology to provide shipment visibility of your packages while they are en route to their destinations. Average transit time: 2 to 7 days from deposit into the United States Postal System, with Saturday delivery at no extra charge.
Service for newspapers, magazines, and other periodical publications whose primary purpose is transmitting information to an established list of subscribers or requesters. Periodicals must be published at regular intervals, at least four times a year from a known office of publication, and be formed of printed sheets. There are specific standards for circulation, record keeping, and advertising limits. All files will be CASS Certified, and pieces will be labeled and presorted to USPS standards and then deposited directly into the U.S. mail stream. Average transit time: 3 to 9 days from deposit into the United States Postal System.
